Recommend it for business trips

The staff were friendly and eager to help, I even got a complimentary cookie which was a nice touch. The rooms were updated unexpectedly to queens instead of doubles, huge win for my teenagers who needed more space.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but it was still acceptable.

I arrived late, feeling exhausted. The front desk staff greeted me with warm cookies and genuine kindness that made me feel welcomed immediately.

However, the heating in my room was inconsistent, causing a bit of discomfort during the night, which made it challenging to get a good rest.

The room suffered from cleanliness issues, including a musty smell that lingered and outdated decor needing a refresh. Water damage in the ceiling and a slow-draining bathtub hinted at maintenance that fell short—little details that should be fixed to improve the overall experience. The in-house dining options were quite limited, lacking diverse choices nearby, forcing guests to rely on a shuttle for better meals.

Delores at the front desk was a bit short with me. After waiting 15 minutes, she seemed annoyed and helped someone else without a word. I felt a tad overlooked, especially when she handed me my cookie like an afterthought.

I enjoyed being just a short stroll from Renaissance Park, perfect for weekend walks, and the easy access to the Carolinas Aviation Museum made exploring the area a breeze. the shuttle service was also reliable and efficient during my stay.
